If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 3 days from the date of receipt subject to a confirmation with us by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply for the returned item:

• Items should be returned to us in their original condition at customer own cost. Please pack them securely to avoid the damage.

• Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be made into merchandise credit for the cost of the goods only (excluding the delivery cost). You can use this merchandise credit to purchase another item in the future.
  

• It is only applicable for individual buyer.
  

• For bulk purchase, we only accept return of the damaged or defective items only.
