We are parents of two active and inquisitive girls, Andrea, age 7 and Aimee, age 5. We started buying toys for Andrea when she was 1+ and with so many toys available in the market, we were spoilt for choice and did not think much about choosing the right toys for her age. As we read and learnt more from books and the internet, we started to be critical with the toy selection for her.

When Aimee was 18 months, we took a trip overseas and unexpectedly discovered some beautifully designed, vibrant colour wooden puzzles one day that caught both our children and our attention. The children had an immediate liking to the toys and seeing how much they loved playing with them and the benefits they would gain, we ventured into selling wooden puzzles on our own.


As our children grew, their preference of different toys grew as well. So we started expanding from wooden puzzles to wooden toys and cardboard jigsaw puzzles for preschoolers and older children.
